Come enjoy the sites, sounds, smells and tastes of fall!  Take a trip on the river boat, an airplane ride or wagon ride.  Listen to music and enjoy a variety of food.  Bring the kids to the petting zoo and other fun activities.  Partake in a new, fun event – the Diamond Dig sponsored by H&H Jewelry Design.  We look forward to seeing you there!

On Saturday, October 10, starting at 10 a.m. at Fitzgerald Park is a bike ride that ends at 11 a.m. at Fox Park.   Also, on Saturday, Enjoy the Capitol City Car Club vintage vehicle display right downtown!

On Sunday, October 11, at 3 p.m., take the walking tour at Oakwood Cemetery sponsored by the Grand Ledge Area Historical Society.  Local Historian Cindy Langenberg will lead a tour at the Oakwood Cemetery on October 11 from 3 p.m. to approximately 4 p.m.  The tour will include narrative about prominent Grand Ledge citizens such as the Fitzgerald family that included a Michigan Governor, a Michigan Supreme Court Justice and two members of the Michigan House of Representatives.  Tom Dingler, a Vietnam Veteran, will discuss the war memorials found in the cemetery.  A cemetery program will be available for $2.00.  In case of rain, the talk will be held in the City Hall gym.

November 3 – Grand Ledge celebrates our Firefighters 150 years of service.  Opera House program begins at 7:30 p.m.

December 4 – Christmas Parade

December 5 & 6 – Join us for the 41st Holiday Traditions Tour, hours are Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m to 5 p.m.  Enjoy homes and historic buildings, and tables and trees at the Opera House.

February 11, 12, 13 – Fun on the Rocks
